PR CITY this past week (well, every week really since I've only been lifting since April).

(lb) 250x5 squat, 315x1 deadlift, 170x2 bench (fuuu long arms) @ 148 lbs BW.
(kg) 113.5x5 squat, 143x1 deadlift, 77x2 bench @ 67 kg bw.

[edit] Of course I posted this on my fb (that I log onto once a month), but something interesting happened..

An old buddy of mine messaged me because he saw it and invited me to train at his PL gym with him on Friday. He competes @181lbs and puts up some good numbers, and the guys he trains with are all beasts, so I'm excited to get to learn from some real lifters for a change.

Been hitting a PR every week in deadlift lately. It's an awesome feeling.

Is this thread only for Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP, Snatch, and Clean and Jerk PRs or could guys post other strength PRs, like grip and such?

Third straight session getting a clean lift with this dumbbell, actually got it 2x today

 
no video,But I hit my goal on benchof 140kg yesterday!!!!! deads are stuck at 200.....awaiting a new belt before I attempt again.....Squats have digressed down to 160
 
Hit a front squat PR yesterday, 282x1. Haven't done any f squats in forever, but apparently back squats have a good carry over.



BW is around 175
 
2 PRs for me last week. Gotta savour these, since hitting more than 1 PR in a week is becoming rarer and rarer.

Squat - 355 x4 (previous best was 350x2)


DL - 405 x3 (previous was 405x2)
 
Finally broke the 100kg and 2 plate barrier on power cleans



Bodyweight is somewhere between 155 and 160.
 
New 1RMs all around this past week, @148lbs/67kg bw:

Squat:275lbs/125kg
Bench: 185lbs/85kg
Deadlift: 345lbs/157.5kg

Oh, cool, I can post here again!

200kg/440lb sumo DL this morning. Grip is the main issue, as the knurling stops where I prefer to have my hands. Some heavy farmers walks should help with that. 450lbs, here I come.
