485 sumo pull easy
495 not so much. Felt like it was going to go was at that height where it starts to come off. Didn't have it. 10 pound pr.

Missed this on two occasions before due to low confidence, glad I got over it today.
 
FINALLY pulled 500
Feel a little less like a bitch at my gym since they'll no longer have to pull a plate off every set to work me in on the b team

One of my closest friends died today and I just needed to let out some aggression. Hopefully I can clean up the form on it now that I'm backing off of max effort until I do a meet

No, still a 105. I was down to 100 at one point, but my coach told me that I need to be a 105 and if he'd gotten me early enough, he would have made me be a 105+. I tend to walk pretty much right at 105, though.

If I go in and make lifts in Dallas next week, I should start to make a bit of noise. Definitely feeling good. 140/175 are about my minimums right now.

Thanks, man. I appreciate that. I just have to do it where it matters now.

Its because it's usually tough for me to stay at 105. I was down to 102 earlier this summer without even trying. I was just eating and training normal.

My jerk has come a long, long way this year. This spring it was in complete shambles. I think I missed 160+ every single time I tried it. Now I can jump from 140-170 almost every day.
