PR The PR (Personal Record) thread, v.5

I'll reword
I am virtually absent leg drive and i can't seem to get it to feel right, bur my set up still allows me to press and lately, make gains again. If I got better at this would this specifically help me not get stuck at that spot? It feels, though I can certainly be wrong, like if I could just eliminate this little spot I could really move up quite a bit. Off a 3 board for instance I can bang out a triple with 365 and a slow single a while back at 405. This feels about the same height as where I fail, which again could be wrong.

Obviously if I just get stronger then these issues will go away for at this weight for now. Is there something specific I can do to practice leg drive?

That any better or did I make it worse

Recommended by Chad Smith. I do not do this myself and your technical proficiency should be on point.

Squat 375x1 +10lb PR

Sumo Deadlift 425x2 +40lb PR

Finally, a bench PR that I'm decently happy about.

Benched 275 quickly followed by 280 (10 lb and 15 lb records). 275 was a smoke show, but 280 was a bit more of a grind.
