There was no way I was going to hit those numbers last year. That'd be almost 200 pounds on a deadlift in 1 year. This year it's more like 70 pounds. For someone who isn't going to eat right, get good sleep, or take anything more than creatine (and I don't even remember to take it every day) these are about as good as those lifts will ever get. I still went from 415 to 520 on deadlift, 325 to 355 on bench, and up to 425 on squat from 385. That's not half bad given all the time I had to miss while dealing with my mom's stuff. I'm happy with that.
I'm going to be sticking in the 3 to 5 range from here out. These were just fun to do for an off day
