Condition, physically or mentally, is not the issue. You’re tiresome. It’s gone way beyond the issues. There are dozens of cases I listed. Not one person took one and made any discussion of those and instead did what I knew people would do-what about this case. I am going back to what I started here-breaking down cases that drew a lot of criticism and outrage on good shoots or those that got charges like rashard brooks, mike brown, alton sterling, the case in Dallas where they used a bomb to take out an active shooter that killed nine cops.

You listed a couple of cases that have already been decided by the Courts. That's not a discussion to determine whether or not an OIS is justifiable. That's you regurgitating someone else's opinions and arguments. No one was interested in that discussion despite you tagging numerous members, including me.

When it came to assessing new OIS, you admittedly didn't even read the code/statute that applied. You admitted to not knowing, or caring, what the actual policy was of the department involved.

Apparently, Your definition of a "Good OIS," is where the Officer avoids a criminal conviction, regardless of policy or Code.

My definition of a "Good OIS" is one where the Officer followed his departments policy, as well as the State Code/Statute.

It's unfortunate we can only see what the SHOOTERS (aka the Agency) are allowing us to see...there are other body cam angles that show beyond all shadow of doubt that KyrieAnna turned AWAY from the officer who appeared to come out of nowhere (the adjoining street from behind a fence). As soon as she saw him, she veered away. She never aimed her vehicle at anyone. She is suffering...big time.
