A 30-minute commute doesn't seem bad to me, but I used to live in Montréal where my shortest commute (should it be quickest?) was 45 minutes.100%. Would you like to buy it?
It's beautiful, but the half hour commute each way to town where we work, combined with our busiest time of year (both for me and the missus, that is) coinciding with the time of year the property needs the most maintenance is proving to be very difficult to keep up with so we're looking to buy a place in town and sell this one.
Cool coincidence: right now, the full moon is rising behind the trees out back while a gorgeous sunset lights up the sky out front. You'd love it. Sorry for being too lazy to take pics though, given the context.
