Government:

Admins: They are the politicians. You rarely see them except when something big is going down.
Matt: Chief of police. Mostly fair police though organized crime attempts to bait him. He takes their bribes and does not follow through.
Ronwah: Cop that likes roughing up the thugs. Don't bother with a brutality claim because he has dirt on the politicians.
Conrad: Police Sergeant that is more concerned with maintaining order (cleaning up crap threads) than enforcing laws. Will enforce laws (bans or dubs) if he is forced to.
SpacePotato: Cool cop that lulls criminals into a state of relaxation. Don't be fooled as he will lay down the law.
ChickenHawk and Osheon: Sheriffs of other counties that help local police.
Bullitt: Undercover that almost never makes an appearance but puts in work.


Organized Crime
The plats as they make payoffs...

Crime Syndicate
TehLivingDeath: Claims toughness but when the sh*t hit the fan he filed a restraining order against Da Goon.
p0nda: Crime Syndicate Queen (in her own mind). Filed restraining order against Da Goon.
BrianFantana: Organized criminal that thinks he is tough as the thugs.
Nnedd: Hard to associate him with the syndicate but he is with them.

Other Organized Crime Bosses
Fury: Runs a chop shop. Does not run with the Syndicate unless he has to.
Shaz: Syndicate muscle (thing is he is not really much of an enforcer). Gets roughed up by thugs (Da Goon).
NinjaElf: Claims he is the Organized crime guy from the streets (really the suburbs).
CoolHandLuke: Organized crime by name only. Keeps away from dirty work and mostly operates in suburb (Mayberry).
FingerCuffs: Another organized criminal that is not one to get her hands dirty. Operates in Mayberry.
Stout: Can't link her with the Syndicate but she is definitely involved.
Nicky: Tranny that goes by name Darling Nikki. (think Vito from Sopranos)


Unorganized Criminals

Graverobber: Not thuggish enough to be a thug. He is organized crime without a green name. Pretty slick he runs his racket without making payoffs.
MikeCello: Organized crime without a green name. He is like their undercover guy keeping an eye on thugs.
Last Samurai: The guy that everyone knows about but cops can't apprehend.
KyokushinPupi: Brought to much heat on organized crime and is now street. Keeps catching short sentences (dubs).
Crocoppertones: Close ties to organized crime. Not a criminal but looks the other way when they operate in his business for a cut of the money.
Revolver: Organized crime guy that makes people think he is more big time than he actually is.
RotundRevolver: Idolizes Revolver and believes his tall tales.
Da Goon: Pimp of all pimp. Pimpin til pimpin don't stop. Caught a charge from Ronwah and was recently released.
