My neck is skinny and it grew when I bought a head harness and did 25's a lot and laying on a bench and letting my head hang off a bench and lifting it. My motivation is a thicker neck to match my thick biceps and my cousin can't lift because of neck injury so fuck that
 
He should take some more epo to his hgh and creatine, otherwise he will gas in round 2 again

Harness is good just don't go heavy I tried a 45 (inspired by alistair overeem video of him doing 3 45's at once with his harness) and it hurt
 
Totally forgot about this. Doing it every single day I kind of burned out. So I dont think I have done anything since november which is horrible.

But today I started again. And this time it will be more of a resonable level. I train entire body (which I havent done in a fucking month either) in 4 workouts. Every other workout will include neck. Doing that and keeping protein levels high I think I will have a decent Yoel Romero Neck Inspired Summer ahead of me. And I think the key to a solid summer is a solid Neck!

Just finished with my first workout. So heres the New starting point;

Front has kept some size. Backside is like a girl.

These days I only work One job and no nights however. So This, This time!

And I would like to thank the mods for keeping the thread here. Its a serious thread which I have proven.

I will do updates every other week I think.
 
Hmm. Just looked at the first photo. Keeping in mind I havent trained my neck in 2 + months I actually think I might see a small difference anyway! Maybe just flexing a bit differently.

In 6 months baww gawd the neck will be huge.

edit* reading my first post = 1 inch gain so far. With 2+ months no neck training until today.

you have to look closly on the second one. Theres a difference though. And it honestly even feel different if I touch my neck from the back.
