Benson was never called huge because of his height, iirc he's 5'9" which is perfectly average for his division. He was called huge because he's built like a tank and cut a lot of weight. Hell, one of the reasons he's at WW in the first place is because he's said in the past that he's having a harder and harder time making the successful cut to LW.

How do you know what Henderson's or McGregors walk round weights are ? Are you either ones girlfriend ? Dietitian ? Daily scale monitor ? What is your relationship with either fighter ? Your role in either camp ?

did I just read that Conor walks around at 185? I didn't think he really got out of shape between fights; seems like he's always got visible abs which would mean his BF% is pretty low. Where does that ~ 22% loss of body weight come from? Someone lean is about 45% water. I dont understand how someone is cutting 40lbs... and i know i can cut 5-10 lbs (for BJJ) so i am not a complete newb to weight cutting. DO you have a source?
