After yesterday's PR, I felt like I had a bit more in me for the squat, so attempted a new PR today, and thankfully it was successful (people were watching). May try for a bit more before the year is out.

Thanks miaou, although I recently watched someone on YouTube do 180kg for 30 reps and suddenly I didn't feel quite as strong...lots of work to do still.
