Haha I will get there eventually. Just going to follow the 5/3/1 progression for now, so when 200kg comes up on that I should be more than ready.

Good deadlifting MM, nice progression coming along!

Thanks mate. It's getting there. Deadlifts are going OK, bench is beginning to pick back up at last, but overhead press needed a reset and so did squats, so 2 out of 4 isn't too bad.
