Dang man, that sucks. As you know, recently got over some lung crud myself. You'll be back before ya know it.
 
These viruses sneaking up are acting odd. No symptoms just full force. Stay rested and hydrated, watch that blood oxy level stays up. Get gooder soon.

Finished my first course of antibiotics, on the second course now and have started feeling much better. Going to have to ease back into training so this week will be walking, and if all goes well, reintroduce weights the following week, if still OK will get back to judo the week after that.

No, not yet anyway. I don't think the load or the volume has been enough to induce DOMS, so that's good so far.
If you escaped DOM with even empty bar squats, then you're doing great. Takes 14 days for them to reset to virgin soreness.
