It was OK..I should have written it out like I normally do, it would have looked like a lot more.

Today's training: Incline treadmill walk: 40mins / 4.5km

Or a more manly way to do this is by just lifting a random chick on your shoulders and running for it. You can progressively pick heavier and heavier chicks but then again... their heavier and heavier.

I've chucked some trap bar farmers walks in from time to time which really gets a good sweat on, am hoping to get a trap bar of my own at Christmas maybe. But yeah I've seen your dumbbell walks in your log, might give them a go sometime.

Ha I've just shaved, but maybe enough time for a Christmas special beard. The hat is from my mate's clothing line he has recently setup, so I try to give him a little bit of exposure.....well as much exposure as you can get with less than 50 followers.
