Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

makes it worse that it happened while they had bad blood and drama going on.
I mean the guy had a bad reputation, even when he was in the band, but yeah it sucks when you have a personal issue that will never be resolved now

That is true but he was huge contributor to the sound. Just hope alcohol wasn't involved but would be purely speculation at this point.

rip.

Damn new Testament! Legends
Take out that crappy band Anthrax and put Testament in and then you have a real Big Four!

Oddly enough as I listen to this I am getting some Strapping Young Lad vibes. lol

Wanted to post this song... well you done,

here is the official music video:

Testament updated their drummer and snare speed :-)
i stopped listen to them after Practice what you preach" around 89. But 2025 i will give them a try. Sounds good.

Louie Clemente was average on drums, they've updated their drummer a million times since Practice.

Paul Bostaph, John Tempesta, Gene Hoglan, Dave Lombardo for example.

This is the first album with the new guy Chris Dovas.

You should definitely check out "The Gathering" with Lombardo. Killer album.

On the other side of things....

Nisse, the vocalist of Sacramentum, has died. one of the very best black metal albums ever is Far Away From The Sun.
he was only 50 years old.

ill be listening to this absolute classic this week in his honor. you should too. i personally put this album in the top 20 black metal albums that have ever been released.

RIP Nisse.

I was surprised when I found out this is a Finnish band I thought they were some American Slam band so I never really gave them a chance but this is decent actually.
