Well for a start, it removes any connection between the OG Clone Troopers and the Mandalorians.

We might know what the two sides are, but then again maybe not. We're not really gonna know what the fight is about until we know what their interest in the kid is. And the show might switch gears entirely now that they've escaped. It could go in just about any direction that it wants.

Yeah, it's still pretty open ended, but they're making quite a big deal about how they were done wrong by the empire, & got looted n stuff... & are obviously no longer based on Mandalore. Now all of a sudden they have ripped off the Empire... I think the writing's on the wall, but we'll see. I'm in no hurry to try & pin down a plot.

That Doc being from Kamino could come into play. It looked like his computer chamber he had the baby in was getting some samples... & so there's no telling how that story will play out. The empire is involved though, so that could be a plot line that pulls the Mando's & the Empire into conflict.

If what I've watched on line about ep. 9 is true (the rumours) - it is going to suck big time. Not even a little suck like a golf ball through 100ft of garden hose suck.
