Lol, just a publicity stunt. No one would give a spoiled Disney kid a say even if he had any decent amount of shares, which he doesn't.

In reality Dana probably owns a ton of shares in the parent company
All this BS ends when Fury Kos him in his next boxing event.

And lol that he thinks he can just cross over to mma because he kod some wrestlers in boxing rules.

Jake Paul Is exactly what UFC fighters need. Anyone who says otherwise, is a UFC shill, and i could give two shits what they think.

It’s a completely different situation and completely different value proposition.

Like you said, it’s not impossible to influence board seats without a huge investment but this one is a wild long shot.

True. At the moment, we dont know enough about what Paul and his associates are doing (including who they are, how much they actually invested, who they know and to whom they are connected) to even speculate. It will mainly come down to whether they can convince a sizeable enough portion of shareholders that increasing fighter pay and providing health benefits (his 2 major points AFAIK) will be beneficial to Endevour in long term value (what his associate Geoffrey Woo somewhat grandiloquently calls "capturing outsized long-term equity value").

You can if you become the majority shareholder. We don't know how much he bought. I am guessing he bought enough for him to be big talking like this.

you know this company is worth billions of dollars right?

Yes, when you buy a few shares you run the company…..
Depends on how much he bought. He said he invested with a partner and depending on how much stock they bought they do get to sit down with the other major shareholders. They are the ones that really make the calls about the business since they are the majority share holders. Dana should be at that table too since I believe he was given a lot of shares as part of the buy. This is why WME-IMG cashed out and payed out their shareholders that one year so they can get some money back from their investment. I remember it being big news when they did that.

Good,i hate UFC fighters WHO are complaining

It seems thst only top 5 fighterw are doing that and not someone on the undercard

Jake Paul, social justice warrior.

I guess the guy chose his shtick, and just running with it I guess since lots of people even Sherbros seems to be buying it.

So him and a buddy chipped in $12 each to buy one share of stock and the clown thinks he’s going to change anything?

It’s actually hilarious if you think about it..

I want to invest in a company barely keeping afloat financially, so I can immediately just give all the profits away. That sounds like the most brilliant financial move EVER.

Nobody on here thinks he's earnest about it or is doing this for anything but clout and his brand . That's completely besides the point; the fact is he is putting out the issue of fighter pay to a wider audience that usually doesn't hear about this sort of thing and is disrupting the UFC status quo. It's an enemy of my enemy sort of thing.
