What's the over/under on buys? 150k
I think the TWood fight did like 500K. This may do similar or more, as the Paul brand is growing. This is also very likely the fight that he gets exposed in, which will make more people want to watch and benefit from the Fury craze going on now. Just a mere Youtube interview with John Fury has 2 million views in just a few weeks. Alot of people are underestimating how many people are fascinated with that family.

I can't believe how many people outside of Sherdog are picking Paul to win, Fury didn't look good against Taylor but he still comfortably won and would have likely finished him had it gone a few more rounds. Taylor was basically in survival mode, Fury's footwork looked better, he's more agile and his combinations are more fluid.

Pauls against Woodley looked marginally worse, punches were much more laboured, he's slower and his footwork is clumsy, they could be pretty equal in terms of power, strength and maybe even cardio but I feel this fight is basically a lock in. Fury might take some time to adjust to the nerves and timing of Jake Paul, but eventually he will be all over him, maybe finishes him within 7 rounds. I'm shocked the odds are so even.

Tommy Furys opponents combined record is absolute joke. Its 14-175 and im not even kidding. WTF?? Honestly i think Paul knocks him out

What's Jake Pauls opponents combined record ? 0-0 ? We also don't know what type of amateurs he fought. Regardless of their records, it's still valuable experience. Any prospect coming through the ranks in boxing has a padded record and fights cans or club fighters in their early pro career.

They both take it seriously from what i've seen. Just nowhere near talent or skill wise to justify a pro following other than their celebrity.

Just no. Tommy is more known for partying, doing drugs and desperately clinging to a celebrity lifestyle. Thats why he only had 12 amateur fights. Not because his style is more suited to pro boxing which is really nonsense. Its because he wants to make a quick buck. He lacks fundamentals not because of missing talent but missing investment in the sport. Hasnt fought any boxer but victims and there still couldnt ko the last two despite that.

Maybe he changed that now good for him but thats how he started.

Its a circus event not a boxing fight. The odds can very well also mirror who the promoters want to win just like in pro wrestling. If a loss of Fury with a rematc sells more they could do that. without any governing body they can and will pretty much do what they want. Would never bet on these things. Its like betting Undertaker defeats CM Punk in wrestling.

Credit to Paul (whichever one) for actually fighting someone legit with boxing background this time, instead of MMA bums. If he wins he deserves praise, and if doesn’t he still does.

Hes not that talented np matter how much time he puts into it.

I think nerves will play a huge factor in this fight, imo Jake was effected by nerves in the Woodley fight. It was his first big fight against a legit opponent in front of a full crowd. If he learns from the fight and manages to get his nerves under control he has a decent chance at beating Tommy Fury who has a ton of pressure on him.

Jake Paul beat a former UFC champion in Woodley and a UFC contender in Askren. A youtuber/disney star showed why MMA is considered the lowest tier of combat sports.
