The Hell in Me

Gyms closed not long after last post. So with that, I was relegated to the KBs and the bike. I got a pair of 35lb KB and. Have been doing 500 KB swings every other day and bike everyday, between 10-30 minutes.

Body weight between 250-260 consistently now.
 
Still doing KB swings, between 500-1000 every other day, and cycling 10-30 minutes.

BW between 245-255 consistently.
 
Moved again, so bike is in storage and kettlebells are in transit. New place today with storage items being delivered tomorrow. Gyms are still open. Been squatting, benching and deadlifting. Nothing too heavy. Up to 445 squat, 265 bench and 405 deadlift. No idea my weight, my scale is in a box somewhere and the gym scales are put away. Probably gained a few lbs while I live in a hotel.

KB Swing
20kg / hand x 500

This was brutal on my hands and forearms. There is a heatwave and smoke from the wild fires, so hiking is probably not going to be a thing today.
