2.5 hour drive to Brandon, highway was a sheet of ice, jack knifed semi and a few cars in the ditch. Went between 30-70 for the last 30 minutes. I had an adrenaline dump when I got to the hotel and this workout sucked.

Worst bench I have ever used, gym only had racks and adjustable benches. J hooks were too low or too high, went with too low. Unracks were soul crushing, trying to French press it out of the rack.
