The Eye Poke Solution

Ufc needs to man the f up. Instead of blaming the fighters who get poked, the right response would be to fine/fire/suspend fighters who eye poke.

Basically, Jon Jones set a precedent which is that if you can cheat, you should. Now you see people thinking 1 free eye poke a fight so why not eye poke when there is NO RECOURSE or punishment for being a dirty ass fighter.

Tldr - The UFC actively encourages this bush league amateur hour crap by not enforcing the rules and ultimately, respecting their own fighters.

Bisping is a damn cool story but if you think that is going to encourage the growth of the sport, you are an idiot.

The very notion of "inadvertent eye poke" should cease to exist. Poke your opponent once - get a point docked. Poke twice - DQ. In severe cases - immediate DQ after first poke. That should learn inadvertent pokers who just wanted to innocently touch their opponents face to keep their fucking fists closed.
