I beg to differ. Look into Molly Forbes, the 92 year old Scottish woman who refused to sell her house so he can build a hotel next to his golf course. They purposely cut her water access to pressure her into selling, or just to get vengeance. She was without water for a few years and refused to leave. He absolutely ruins people's lives and sadism is part of his behavioral traits.

Go outside enjoy the outside and you will be less angry. I relax with either a golf club, or fishing pole in my hand, enjoying an ice cold Yuengling.
