Butterfly Stretch: 10 Minutes.

Are you still at RYA?BJJ.
First time I've been able to train at the Academy since I was diagnosed, over two years ago. The majority of the class was based on Sweeps, as well as practicing X and Butterfly Guard.
I did three rounds of Rolling. Intensity was maybe 10 - 15%. My partners were fellow White Belts, and took it very easy on me. As much coaching me as rolling with me. I tapped early, and often, to make sure I didn't get injured.
I still feel like I've been on the mats with John Jones. And the Champ had been in a really bad mood.
Luckily, I'm on holiday for the rest of the week, so I have time to recover. I'll bloody need it. I'm lying on my bed as I type this, and just the thought of getting up is making me whimper. My shoulders and upper back muscles are aching, and I've got mat-burn on both feet.
