It is possible he knows something we don't, Biden seems to like him based on his twitter and what they have said in private. I'm sure if Bernie went for UBI he'd endorse him but sadly he is hung up on that awful federal job program.

I had the same emotional reaction but looking back on it I'm going to try and remain optimistic that Yang sees a path forward to implement some kind of policy.

The thing is, we're all on the Reservation now, should Big Gov sink their hooks deep in response to this crisis.

Especially if businesses keep shutting down or keep their workers remote. Those who think they will be fine working from home are gonna have to put up with shortages, the least concerning of which will be toilet paper.

Everything is slowing down in response to this virus. I wish that more people had their shit together, as in manageable debt, stored food n water, a good hygiene regimen, and of course, tp for their bunghole.

Government has proven to be incompetent in response to this virus, especially in the USA. The common response to this has been equally frustrating. We're just not prepared for this to be an ongoing state of affairs.

Yang was easily the biggest fucking fraud in the race. It boggled the mind that people got duped into thinking that he was a progressive because of his UBI proposal, which was going to be funded by a inherently regressive VAT instead of progressive taxation or a wealth tax, which he actually opposes.


Also, he got caught blatantly lying about supporting M4A and was just appropriating the name of the policy. His "health plan" didn't even have a public option and was actually considerably worse than anybody else's in the race.





I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he was a non-establishment candidate, but he was full of shit on policy and ended up running into the arms of the Democratic establishment as soon as his campaign ends.

...and YangGangers were by far some of the most obnoxious trolls that I've ever run across on social media. Their swarming and spamming anybody who was even slightly critical of Yang was the exact shit that the Bernie supporters were incessantly accused of doing.
