Watched episodes 1-4 and was like WTF is this? Not at all what I expected.Yea this one here:

Starts off like any typical anime but takes a nice turn and so far seems to be staying in that lane. There have been signs that things might change soon but we will see.

If you like Ninja Scroll. You can try Blade of Immortal or Basilisk in terms of series. There is also a Highlander anime movie that is associated with the guys who did Ninja Scroll. Sword of the Stranger is another option.
In terms of Vampire anime. You can try Hellsing Ultimate. Jojo Stardust Crusaders is like Fist of the North star with a vampire villain.

Glad I could get some more people to watch it. I finished it and thought it was a great show. I did think the last fight was bit underwhelming but overall I'm liking. Something different at least.
I really liked season 1 and the movie was pretty good but man I couldn't even finish this season. Just feels like it went nowhere and I was on like episode 9-10. There's actually been more than a few shows that had a good first season and came back for season 2 this year and I just couldn't finish them.

Same here. I didn't get as far as you. The first two episodes were brutal. I was wishing death on the Yahiko from Kenshin kid. I shut it off when I was hoping he would get molested by goblins. I will give the series another shot.
I really liked the first season. I think the novelty of goblins being a dangerous entry level enemy is starting to wear off.

Just atarted 7 deadly sins - wasn't expecting much but man this is really good. Csnt understand it being tv 14 ad its more R than many of the tv MA animes . So far one of best animes I seen on terms of plot an character development. Since itsx5 seasons and 3 movies anyone know the order to watch?

I heard raves about Death note but it never resonated maybe I should watch more.
High School Dxd had a lot of boobs but thats it the story is kinda Satanic so not my bag.
Dragonar was boring

I liked 7 deadly sins and Darwins game most so far.
Still can't understand how 7 Deadly has a tv 14 rating when tbe main character literally gropes an feels up the female lead every episode which is actually in a funny way but still. The pig is great.
When should I expect the drop off? I heard season 3 isn't great but it gets better 4 n 5. Also has 3 movies.

Death Note is the kind of series where if you didn't watch it before the age of, oh, about 16-17, then it's not going to work nearly as well. If it didn't grab you in the first few episodes then it's just not going to.

It really depends on how invested are you in the story. I dropped 7 shortly after the introduction of Escanor. I don't even think it was burnout as I was watching it while it was being released every week and didn't binged it.
