I think I've stated it before, a chunk of plastic which goes in your hand, doesn't make your eyes see better, your legs crouch or spring up faster, or your torso lean twist or lean any faster. Design fella, it's a thing, look it up. Posting pictures of soldiers with pistol gripped rifles, without understanding the design elements of pistol grips in the first place, doesn't help your argument.

If pistol grips were such a game changer, they'd end up on every gun, as everyone would want to reap the benefits of them. Turns out, some pistol grips don't complement some firearms designs, as they end up being uncomfortable and put important controls out of reach. But you'd know this if you actually knew shit about guns and how they work instead of posting pictures of soldiers as if that was some kind of game changer that magically made guns deadlier.

If you knew shit about hunting, you'd realize that there is no disadvantage to using a field stock, because that's the kind of grip those guns were designed to use, again, do a bit of research and check out where certain safties and controls were placed. Some of them were designed to be used with a pistol grip, some for field stocks and neither of which had do do with the ability to duck faster or whatever silly bullshit you're spouting.

If you think that a soldier can snap shoot, go in and out of cover and do COMBAT shit better than a hunter does, solely because of what grip is on the gun...good luck spitting "venom".

Really, that is my counter-argument to "grips make you duck" because they don't. Hand and legs are different part of the body, biology fella, look it up. In either thread, you've yet to refute how a pistol grip, which doesn't compliment the design (fella, look it up) of a particular style of firearm actually hinders its performance rather than enhances it. Let me spell it out for you when a pistol grip places your hand in a position and angle that doesn't let you access certain key controls, like a safety lever, it actually slows down function and decreases ergonomics. For instance:

With a pistol grip and without basketball player hands, how the fuck am I supposed to reach that safety and break open the action without drastically changing my firing grip, fella? Perhaps it's much easier with a straight field stock, because that's what it was designed for. Do you think this would be any slower to aim or point than a pistol gripped M4? Would it make me duck or crouch any slower? I bet you also believe that this bracelet relieves your pain in your sore vagina and makes you better at sports:

I'd much rather you were armed with a smaller clip, long ass clumsy barrel...stock grip that makes aiming from a run slightly slower and awkward. But hey...that's just common sense. But in M'urica...apparently it's a necessity to be armed 30X over with guns designed for combat in order to feel safe.

If home invasion happens, you really are only going to be able to grab 1 damn gun to protect yourselves...not 30. But apparently 30 guns is what it takes for some of you to sleep easier.

When I practice and qualify with my duty firearm and holster, I use them as intended (thankfully we use Safariland holsters and not Blackhawk Serpas). When I shoot a double action revolver, I shoot it in double action, when I have a manual safety, I switch it on and off as appropriate, etc.
