Of course he ducked him. GSP ran away whenever everyting wasn't in his favor.
Forget Whitaker. He ducked Silva and fought a missing eye bisping. Then ducked mw div after years ducking Hendricks. A Hendricks that pummeled him into retirement.
Nah, he retired. He was done, had nothing left to prove and retired the lineal WW and MW champion for eternity.
GOAT-shit only.
"He was only 32" with injuries accumulating and an organization that isn't supporting him and he has enough money to never fight again. They basically booted him out the door with their scumbag tactics.Bah! he was only 32yo--that's not retiring, that's getting a gift decision and then running for the hills.
Yeah but every fighter in MMA history sucks, is overrated and ducks someone so there's that.Of course he ducked him. GSP ran away whenever everyting wasn't in his favor.
He loses fights he should have won because of his arrogance. He tried to walk through Bisping and it didn’t happen. And I don’t agree he lost his passion Bisping was his first defense. He started talking about how prime Anderson wasn’t on his level. I see hubris as to why he lost to Bisping. He lost his passion sometime after the branch fight because of that one surgeonLuke lost his passion around the time of the Bisping fight. Either that or he came off something he was on lol. It could be argued rapid decline. The whole narrative that Luke lost fights he was supposed to win is only true if you view his career without noticing he simply declined

It's undeniable that Bisping was half blind when he beat the brakes off of a juicy, greased up Anderoid Silva who was leaking from both titsDude stop. Anderson was a shell of himself when he fought Bisping. Bisping was blind when he fought GSP
Interesting take. We can agree on the Bisping fight completelyHe loses fights he should have won because of his arrogance. He tried to walk through Bisping and it didn’t happen. I always find these threads amusing, to be honest.Would be 90% less volume, that's for sure.
They should.Mods will delete or move this thread.
Then Lineal champ means NOTHING
We saw GSP slow and tired against Bisping. Of course he shouldnt keep fighting in that weight class against anyone.I mean it was obvious he waited for the right fight.
I mean gsp fans argued with me he would fight Whittaker but it was obvious he wasn't going to.
No shame in it, Whittaker would have killed MW gsp so why should gsp risk it knowing it wasn't a very winnable fight.
Bisping was a one eyed fighter and following that injury he had a very impressive record even though impaired HOWEVER you would be a disingenuous blind fan to not see Hendo Silva and most of the other matchups were fighters a shell of themselves. Rockhold is his impressive win and Rockhold fought like an idiot that didn’t respect Bisping in the cage and paid. Bisping’s one eye plus his fight mileage makes him the the most overachieving champ in historyThis narrative of GSP beating a one-eyed Bisping always cracks me up. It's well known he started to lose vision following the Vitor kick in 2013. He then went on to beat a bunch of guys including Rockold and Silva. But, he only became a "one-eyed" Bisping when GSP smashed him lol. Seems like a lot of butt hurt Silva fans on here.

No it isnt,he beat the guy who beat Anderson,Rockhold and Hendo. If Bisping was so weak why couldnt any of them beat him? Guys who were already at MW,and didnt take several yrs offHis double-champ status is a little dubious, but who cares?
I read the first sentence about beating the brakes off Silva. Say no to trolling. He got his ass whooped and got handed a decision as the most beat up champ to win a decision against an opponent not beat up. Everything else you said I assumed was equally full of shit so I stopped readingIt's undeniable that Bisping was half blind when he beat the brakes off of a juicy, greased up Anderoid Silva who was leaking from both tits
It's a shame Anderoid ducked GSP by claiming he'd go down to 170 again (like he's done many times before) to fight GSP, but then pussed out when push came to shove, and Silva's steroids addiction prevented him from going to WW againthen it was like "it's 185 or nothing!!" after he swore to Dana that he was going to go WW.
Oh well.
