Tanner Boser will dominate in LHW

LHW and HW are very strange in that Cutelaba fights a guy that came down from HW, who is smaller than the last bunch of LHW fighters he has recently fought. the reason? a combination of the in shape HW's going down to LHW, and most of the truly large men who couldn't cut to LHW making much more money in other sports. most current HWs could make LHW if they really wanted to

Boser is a good example of why going down in weight class is seldom a good idea for an under sized fighter who relies of maneuverability and explosiveness in a higher weight class, but loses that advantage at a lower weight class. not to mention weight cut and losing weight in general can negatively affect a fighters explosive ability

You forget to mentioned most HWs currently are unskilled when it comes to all aspects of MMA. Never saw the hype with Boser, nothing about him stands out as a fighter.

I thought that stoppage was weak, Boser was working his way up the cage when the ref stopped it.

I wouldn’t write off him at LHW just yet. Needs to adjust to the speed difference, and hopefully he can grab some wins

He’s the new Chase Sherman

Boser had a period of genuinely strong hype on Sherdog though(which I'm guessing the OP is clinging to), not to rubbish him as he's not a bad fighter at all BUT I can't really imagine why people thought he would be great beyond a UFC push.

I spose what it shows you is how weak HW became that guys who would previously have been confined to mid level were rising well into the top 10.
