Superfight 11: Batman vs Iron Man

Batman fanboys are hilarious. Batman would get smoked so easy

Funny thing is, there were hardly any Batman fans pre Nolan films. But they really started emerging during the Dark Knight. Batman Begins didn't make as many fanboys as the Dark Knight did (didn't make anywhere near the same revenue as well). I remember telling everyone about going to go watch Begins and their response was "Fuck Batman, Spider-Man/Superman is the shit". Those same tards who said that are now getting batman tattoos and taking pictures of themselves with their shitty batman shirts.

Bandwagon fans are the worst.

Batman is a smart guy with some gadgets and a suit of amour. A multibillionaire who won't kill.

Iron Man is a multibillionaire with better weapons, better gadgets, better armor and is probably smarter than Bruce Wayne.

It's ridiculous that this is even close.

Yeah, they'll say prep time. So, if Batman gets to plan a siege with unlimited time and Tony Stark never finds out what he's planning, he'll win!! Derp

Stark is too confident in his armor...he would never prep for Batman because he wouldn't entertain the idea a non enhanced human could be a threat to him; he barely respects cap and cap is a enhanced human who has handled some of the deadliest skilled and powerful guys in marvel.

Cap would chalk up Batman's wins to his opponents stupidity ....Batman also researches every known hero and thinks of ways to beat him...BEFORE he is put in a position to need to. Bats would not need prep he would have already had iron man lined up and figured out from the jump.

Finally all stark has is his armor...after that he has zilch. Not saying iron man can't win...he can; but bats probably takes it.

Whatever, when I was little I watched Batman TAS, the Justice League, and Batman Beyond later on. Hell, I even enjoyed Batman and Robin because I was too young to tell what a bad movie was. All good memories, and the Nolan films make them even better.

Iron Man via better suit and missiles...

Green Lantern should go at it with Nova in the next round.

Black panther v Batman
X 23 v wonder woman
elektra v lady Shiva
Power girl v she hulk
Captain marvel v Thor
Nightwing v daredevil

Seriously? How many of the Iron Man fanboys backed up their arguments with scans from the comics?

Another difference between them: Tony Stark killed over 50 people just escaping from the terrorists who held him hostage. In the classic Extremis story arc, IM not only blasted the super-terrorist's head clean off, he vented by kicking the headless corpse!:icon_twis

What's the deal with this 'Batman doesn't kill' shit?

He's killed his fair share.

Batman would kill Iron Man, I believe. He doesn't kill criminals because he believes it's a better way to go about cleaning up Gotham. He's not just going to kill every criminal, otherwise there would be a ton of deaths. One of the points of Batman's character is believing in a systematic way to deal with criminals, the Iron Man fight has nothing to do with that aspect of him. If he had to beat Iron Man at all costs, he would kill him. He's done this in the comics and the movies.

In a fight where Iron Man is trying to kill Batman and they both know it's purely a contest, Batman would gladly kill his ass (unless Iron Man becomes a criminal, and the two end up squaring off, I didn't read the situation for the fight in the OP).

I've got Batman. Iron Man may be smart, but he's pretty reckless.

Honestly Iron Man would demolish Batman. But if it was a one and one fight and just raw not in there suits. Bruce Wayne would bust Tony Stark up. The only chance batman has is because Tony stark revealed himself as iron man.

He's killed his fair share.

He's also, as Frank Miller pointed out, killed more than his fair share of innocent civilians by not putting the Joker down like a rabid dog. Add in the body count of recurring villains like the Scarecrow, Two Face, Zsasz etc and Bat's has more blood on his hands than some war criminals.
