Can we still participate? I think Batman actually has multiple ways to win given that he has 24 hours to prepare. He can use some technology that he stole from Mr. Freeze's lab, freeze the suit, leaving Stark immobile. Or he can make an EMP grenade and shut down Stark's weapons and jet packs, then go to work with his taser.

Given the back-story that they exist in the same universe I give it to Bats. He would have already started on plan to beat Ironman as soon as he would have heard of him and the 24 hour prep-time would only give him time to finalize that plan. He had plans for the whole justice league and it all worked.

If this was a sudden merge of worlds then Ironman would take it.
