Sup?

I didnt consider a 500 pound squat or a 600 pound deadlift a milestone. I literally thought I was going to bulk up to 220 and break world records with no end in site. After I did it in the gym I ran quickly out of there and went bowling and thought nothing of it at the time.

Some of my favorite baseball/other sports moments aren't on camera either only newspaper clippings and articles. Some of defensive plays were insane and summer 2002 I played in a backwoods tournament in Woodville Texas and threw a no hitter without even giving my real name to the people running the show. I said absolutely nothing the entire game and the other team just looked at me in bewilderment and disbelief after the game.
We're officially old giving stories about how we hit a homerun 20 years ago.

How old are you in that bag work clip ? Is that recent ? If yes than you still are in shape. Lean with muscle.

Man once sherdog dies it will suck. We already all aged and noone new comming ? I am definitely not going to reddit. Reddit sucks.

I think that bag session was in 2018 when I was thinking about returning to karate.

I've always had a hard time deciphering if you are trolling or not <28>

I am literally marking this on my google and outlook calendar. I hope you follow through with this meet, there are always a million reasons not to do something, but we have reached a point where no excuse is acceptable. You and that Willy Wonka guy talked a ton of powerlifting shit in years past and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Kudos to you for sticking around, I want you to prove the S&C wrong and do this meet, regardless of what your total is.

No, just highly ambitious. If I wrote what I really feel about myself. You'd laugh or be flabergasted how someone can be so "delusional". Believing megalomaniac things about yourself in my opinion is the way to go to get to big athletic feats.
However not sharing it to sherdog online is a smart way to avoid distractions. It's like strength training. First you gotta overreach to adapt and gain strength. First overload.

How do you beat someome really good ? You just think in you're mind you're special and much better. Believe achieve concieve, ask Rockhard and Michael the one eyed mermaid. But realistically I do suck now. So can be funny getting a reality check. Manifasting without action is funny too. Like the spirit is strong but the body is cooked spaghetti.

Stay deluded friends 🥷🩸

So what are your current numbers in BP DL SQ ? If you aren't active than share recent or all time best

It isn’t adding a plate to anything it is simple math. A lower intermediate like myself is going to add 5% to a lift every 8-12 weeks if a well designed program is followed.

I did mix the old pounds and Kgs up. It's still an increase of a plate atleast on each lift though.

It's doable, but it's not going to jump up like you think. The numbers you want at 205 put you just short of a triple bodyweight deadlift and a 2.5x bodyweight squat. That's well and truly at that bodyweight to weight ratio when progressions slow down.

I had a coach that played double a that used to tell us your psychology has to be I’m better than you and I’m going to beat you. I don’t really know how true that is but it’s probably a good mindset to have

he has log. He is a good lifter in powerlifting and Olympic lifting just not a world record holder. He believes a fight against me would be laughable if he allowed me to punch him in the temple that he would just be able to laugh it off. He believes that baseball is a waste of time and I believe that powerlifting for people our age is equally a waste of time but yet here we are 40+ still doing it because we have nothing better to do with our lives. He sells programming to teenagers even though all they have to do is have an internet connection and I believe the Sheiko app is like 30 bucks a month from their parents and they can even get form checks in the group if they wanted to get that squat technique pristine. For Olympic lifting and there is several places to get programming for it.

You gotta believe you can KO Fedor Emilinaneko

Do we have videos of our buddy up on the site ?

Lol, guess we´re having a bit chit chat fun ?

Making money online is not a waste of time. In the end it´s about getting people to move.
You don’t know what you are talking about.
Max just wanted to share that the Kangeroo took his last pound, or was it KG

Powerlifting is no exactly “getting people to move”. Neither is bodybuilding. In fact if you wanted to do strength training in the name of “getting people to move” well I’ve already touched on that subject earlier in the thread.

It's excercise. He gets paid, they get told to excercise. They can get the info online. He simply keeps them accountable and gives them tangible goals and steps. I never paid for any of that.

He could be working at a store selling liquer and nicotine for money. Making money to tell them to squat isn't bad.

no its not that bad it also isn't necessary.

I think ASU won an IPF equipped championship. Maybe not a current world record holder, but he’s won an IPF meet which is significant.

Trey Mitchell lives right by me FWII. You think If I quit my job and stuff myself with buckets of cooked rice and potatoes and possibly PEDs that any of us can catch him. He's friends with my cousin.

Is he a world record holder? an old teammate of mine is an American record holder in the deadlift in SPF. He considers himself not that great.
You are still confused. World record holder in powerlifting may or may not be a big deal, most of the time it is not. SPF slingshot world record not a big deal, IPF open total record significant. In powerlifting all time records are the really important ones, because they’re the heaviest lifts throughout recorded powerlifting history regardless of federation.
