You’re being pretty optimistic. One thing to consider is you’re no spring chicken Eric. Those gains stop rolling in once you get older.
If a 40 year old lower intermediate can’t add 5% to a lift every 10 weeks then you are either cutting drastic body weight or you are getting screwed by the seller of the program. If you aren’t doing that you are wasting your time powerlifting.

So you’re going to add 45/30/55 to your sbd in 20 weeks? I just don’t see it happening. You’ve had 10 years to add 10% to your deadlift and it hasn’t happened.

its actually 36 weeks. Recovery form a broken ankle, 2 hurricanes, and a broken finger doesn't exactly help a lifting career especially when you aren't exactly following an optimal program for power lifting specifically but rather other athletics. Before I picked up baseball again I did the 9 week Russian squat routine 2 times and a very aggressive version of HLM for the meet I had signed up for and I squat 500 during it and pulled 600 during it as well and a guy at the gym looked at me and said you have good strength there you need to be competing. I never failed to add 5 % to my lifts while doing the RSR and bulking to 198 pounds. You wont ever believe that but ill just say it anyways.

I didn't video them at the time I just considered it another training day for the meet. The east Texas open is what I was planning to do which was in Beaumont at that time it is now done in Houston.

So I did ridiculously bad at light sparring yesterday. I will wait like 1-2 months once this nicotine shit is over and I go back to normal to judge it. I saw the video and it looked so dumb and low level. Ok the other guy has been training for 8 years in a row now and does pro fights. Fuck him let me get back in shape and shin kick him in the nose when he isn´t looking. Smoking was such a dumb idea back than. Waiting to feel amused again. After quitting bench went from 110 kg x 7 to 90 kg x 7 just 3 days later. Literaly. Today I did 100 kg x 7. I still sucks. I can´t recover properly and I don´t feel energised. Maybe I also need to eat much more as I´m kinda worried bout eating and my weight. I mean when you don´t care or don´t try is when you will do the best.

38 actually isn't old you are only old as soon as you tell yourself you are old. If you want to see what an old man can do just look up David ricks. Some of just one day decide that we have lived long enough and dont really care anymore. Some people think they want to live forever and some of us dont.

I mean if Glover can be LHW champ at 44 than I´m not really old.

I´m just going trough major energy loss cause I quit smoking on monday. I was only vaping 0.3% nicotine liquid, still enough to got me weak now by discontiunation.

So what do you do diet wise ? What is your thing or opinion. How much do you sleep ?
I basically just limit sugar and supplement green powder, creatine, melatonin, whey, with MRE bars and typical American breakfast lunch and dinner.

One time the doctors gave me prednisone and mixed it with a steroid shot for a horrible sinus infection I had a bad reaction and ended up in the emergency hospital and beat the crap out of 6 doctors at once until they could finally hold me down to tranquilize me with me not even realizing what was going on. Can you believe that?

My weakness is going to bed too late. Melatonin for faster falling asleep ? Green powder does seem good, is it natural ?

Why meal replacement bars. What are the carbs and fats in them. It's not sugar + seed oil ?

Green powder seems like a good pick up

so whole meals you do something like breakfast eggs / baccon / grits - oats - baggle, maybe fruit
lunch dinner meat / fish + rice / pasta / potatoes + veggies

How come you always record yourself singing, dancing, punching, and kicking but fail to record milestone lifts?
I didnt consider a 500 pound squat or a 600 pound deadlift a milestone. I literally thought I was going to bulk up to 220 and break world records with no end in site. After I did it in the gym I ran quickly out of there and went bowling and thought nothing of it at the time.

Some of my favorite baseball/other sports moments aren't on camera either only newspaper clippings and articles. Some of defensive plays were insane and summer 2002 I played in a backwoods tournament in Woodville Texas and threw a no hitter without even giving my real name to the people running the show. I said absolutely nothing the entire game and the other team just looked at me in bewilderment and disbelief after the game.
