If a 40 year old lower intermediate can’t add 5% to a lift every 10 weeks then you are either cutting drastic body weight or you are getting screwed by the seller of the program. If you aren’t doing that you are wasting your time powerlifting.You’re being pretty optimistic. One thing to consider is you’re no spring chicken Eric. Those gains stop rolling in once you get older.
