I ran 5:15 on concrete when I was playing basketball. Silly thing to do during a season but yes I did. I don’t know where you are getting this greatest athlete thing from either. When did I say that?

It works out to running a km in around 3 mins, 15 min 5 km or a 2:10 marathon time on run based calculators.1600 meters in 5 minutes ? If my memory serves me any good, 400 metters under 2 minutes was considered good for us. Probably for 10 rounds x 400 meters though. So 4km in a circle at a soccer stadium. 1600 metters in minutes ? Let me google if that is realistic, are those maybe pro runner numbers ?

The Olympic Gold medal time for 1500m is around 3;30-3:45 time. So basically saying he was running within 1 min of Olympic athletes for a fun challenge.

I had trophies and ribbons from track and field events I won in my attic that I threw out away after the flood a few years ago. I didn’t keep track of any of my times on any event I just ran to win. I could specialize in the deadlift or squat to bring go my total up but what is the point? I like training for athletics anyways it would take up to much recovery resources to attempt it like that. The year after this my goal is to run a half marathon. My final form will be a hybrid athlete like an Alec viada type. Your groups are based off your results in competitions, your position in the team is based off that. Unless you are talking about athletics when you are a child and participation trophies.
Your stories don't make a lot of sense. It's just the internet so who really cares, but I can see why they have asked you to compete in a meet to prove your claims. Atleast you won't be able to forget this time.
