STRONG documentary (DeFranco)

DeFranco is about to release the documentary based on his gym entitled STRONG. I thought these previews were pretty inspirational on their own. Can't wait for the full thing.

I think what this documentary is going to hilight is the benefits of training environment. Sure, we can do his program and all of this stuff at home or at our own gym. But being in that type of competitive environment breeds champions. Yes, many of us don't compete in 'team' sports, but if we're honest..

in wrestling/grappling/mma/powerlifting/strongman you're only as good as your training partners and environment.
