Squats 97kg x5, x5, x5
Bench 80kgx3, 83kgx1, 85kgx1, 87kgx1, 89kgx1 (+1PR), 90kgx1 (+2PR), 92kgx1 (+4PR), 93kgx1 (+5PR)
Deadlift 142kg (+2kg 5RM PR)
Notes
- Managed to get sun salutation B in as the warmup; need to do this every time, and make it 5 sets; let the C2 be an added extra.
- Squats were a bit hard. First couple in every set are fine and then I start tiring. Took videos, the form reflected this. Didn't do any extra work as I didn't really feel recovered from Monday.
- Bench was re-testing my max after Smolov Jr. Got a +5kg PR. I still had a bit left in the tank, maybe 3kg if I was going all out, but when I tested it last time I also had something left in the tank. Perhaps not quite as much. Who knows. So, anyway, I gain a minimum of 11lbs on my bench, probably a wee bit more.
- Deadlift. These were tiring. Weight went up fine, just work capacity. Still, +2kg on my 5RM.
- Too tired to do any extra work.
