By the end I loved every minute of it, I think. First couple episodes felt shaky but they set a good foundation and it all came together great at the end.

Eddie’s death was great. He had to keep the bats busy so that they wouldn’t swarm Nancy Drew. He should have kept running away though; the goal is stay alive and keep them busy as long as possible. He tactically misused his death; but oh well. Great drama.

I loved the Russia subplot. Them fighting monsters in a cage was great. Sword fight was great. It wasn’t as connected to main plot as it could have been but oh well.

Now they’re all together for the next season. I thought this was it too. I feel like they had it wrapped up, except for the one dangling thread from Season 2 - those punks who were hunting down papa. I know everyone hated them…I didn’t, myself, and I hope they use that lil brown girls powers in the next season to fuck with Frignar.

Oh and I guess Colin Powell Sr. there searching for WMD 11 also needs to be sorted. You can’t just take the army and start murdering American citizens, MPs, Doctors. The courts tend to frown on that. He needs to get what’s coming to him.

I'm not gonna lie to you all, I slept through a lot of this season. Not because it was boring at all, but because we opted to watch it in the dark and I had my recliner back pretty far, so your boy kept nodding off.

I went back and watched a lot of it or caught the synopsis. This was a weird, but wildly entertaining season! Some of it didn't work for me, but most of it did. Have a movie of a season finale was kind of cool too. I'm surprised Netflix didn't put it out in theaters like they do their movies. That would've been kind of cool to see at the movies...where I would've been in a recliner and probably sleeping.

I didn't even catch that. The only thing I hope is with the last season coming up that they don't waste to much time on that subplot. Get it out there, have them get past it, and move on.

Every once and awhile, a meme page I follow posts random stuff and lately its been about the stranger things cast. Once I saw the zendaya bit, I was like "ohhh ok. Sort of makes sense." But I can also just be looking into things that aren't there.

Yea the only thing I know about any of them was the rumor that Drake was talking to the 11 actor while she was underage. So there were some rumors that he was grooming her or some shit like that.

At that point in time though it could have just been a maturity thing. Some kids take longer to gain love interest and prefer to remain a kid. This was where they were going back then, I think, because he just wanted to play D&D but they had moved on.

Now, though, he is clearly gay.

Yeah, i just finished the show and thought, wtf was the great thing about him?

Sure, but this is a TV show. His death was obviously supposed to be a sort of heroic moment, but it was ultimately didnt accomplish anything which made it sort of arbitrary and pointless other than to fulfill the arc they were obviously intending to do. But they didnt stick the landing. His death accomplished nothing so it was useless.

I'm sure they just couldn't think of a way to exonerate him for the murders so they just decided to kill him. Even if he lived there wasn't really any way out of the crimes.

I just i finished the last two episodes, they were alright I guess. The regular part of the season was decent, with some minor plotholes that I thought were funny. Where did the military go after getting their helicopter blown up? Are they just stuck down there or something? Pretty silly.
I was actually surprised when Max died, but I think they ruined that arc by giving eleven the power to bring her back to life. Her death would've been a serious consequence to Vecna's terror, it would've been a great plot device.
Glad the basketball team are finally out of the equation, I got tired of them almost immediately. Overall I give the last season a 6.5/10

Loved Bob, the flashback of his death had more impact for me than Eddie’s death. Also loved Smirnoff and his love of cherry slurpees.
