the mortgage market is going to have to eventually recover right ? And there’s no regulation on investment mortgages and the real estate market is holding steady so there should be margins

Looks like another decent day for me coming. Bids for Giga Metals even higher today even tho they confirmed no pending news regarding Tesla. Will probably sell half my remaining shares. Neo Lithium announces strategic investment by CATL at $0.84 CAD/share. Current share price 0.58 CAD. Gold up.

I am not short TSLA but all the EV stocks are up huge on nothing more than Musk boasting that "Gates has no clue about EVS!" and the hope of battery day in a week. Gonna reshort once that day hits. Prolly runs till then.
