I'm enjoying the 531 progression. I've had to take a strength cut, but I feel like I've returned to a better place. The linear stuff was fun, but for me, its all about volume and recovery.
Anyway, I am really hoping to hit it this year. I really think that I can if I continue this route.
You seem to be making pretty good progress so I think 405 is in the books.
I was thinking about my own issues on the way to the gym today and I think my squat issues are linked to stopping my Muay Thai training. We did a lot of stretching at MT plus all of the kicks helped keep my hips mobile. Since stopping all I do is one day of mobility work plus whatever I do in my lifting sessions to warm-up and it has proven to not be enough to combat a full-time desk job.
