I'm at 315 now
 
Finally got over my mental roadblock and hit 170kg yesterday. Depth was good, slowed down through the middle, but not too hard. I'll probably go for 175 in two months and try 180+ before christmas, depending on how I perform in the meantime.

I'm still making progress. Hit 280 for 10 last night, which is a big PR since the last volume day I could only hit 275 for 9. I haven't really been messing with maximal weight. I find I respond better when I have volume weeks and gradually lower the reps as I increase the weights.

Nice NK, I did 270x10 a couple of weeks ago and it was brutal so 280x10 would be some next level shit.

I had 275 on the bar. I did 275 for 9 the last time, bt that was a few weeks ago. I hadn't squatted much since then and I'm at least a couple of kilos lighter. I saw the guy who stood behind me the last time and asked if he could do it again. He told me this should be a piece of cake. FUCKER. I threw the 2.5s on a had at'er. On rep 9 I let out this really painful sounding grunt. I got the last rep out and gassed.
 
Hit 170kg a while back. Wasn't as hard as I figured it could've been. Could've maybe gotten 172
 
Last I tried was 315 twice at 175lbs. I have a few more months but don't think I'll get 400lbs. :(
 
In theory I am... in practice my squat feels like garbage and I probably need to fix some mobility issues before I can make any good progress.

I'm enjoying the 531 progression. I've had to take a strength cut, but I feel like I've returned to a better place. The linear stuff was fun, but for me, its all about volume and recovery.

Anyway, I am really hoping to hit it this year. I really think that I can if I continue this route.
