Yea KOTS is probably the most brutal combat sport we have right now, the concrete is just an entirely different dimension. It's hyper violent, has some good and some bad scraps.
However I don't think it'll last long as it's the league I see the most likely to suffer a fatality.

Yeah, the Matador event in a Spanish bull fighting arena was epic, great event with amazing production value considering they're an underground promotion. Some solid MMA level fighters too, the Abner vs Hoii Boii fight was crazy (I know that was a different event).

Yeah I won't lie, sometimes I can't help but wonder if they've had a casualty or two where they had to dump someone in a river and never release the fight video, especially in some of their earlier events where they'd have fences held in place with sharp cinderblocks just waiting for someone's head to bounce off them.

But as far as "real as it gets", it doesn't get more real than KOTS.
