Crime Southport killer attacks prison officer with boiling water

1. Human ingenuity is a wild thing. When you are trapped and locked up in a prison with a couple thousand other people in the same predicament you collectively figure out some pretty clever workarounds.

2. Because hundreds of people who were sentenced to death have later been found to have been innocent. It’s sort of soured people on wanting to pull that trigger.
Do you think there’s any chance in hell that this guy is innocent of these murders?

Do you not think that there are certain cases where there is no doubt and the death penalty could be applied?

I mean, he was caught red-handed, on camera, and on top of it he confessed… so what exactly would be your argument against him being exterminated?

How many of those wrongly convicted were before the discovery of DNA and modern camera surveillance / cell phones with cameras? There's a huge amount of cases that are 100% clear.

He was physically caught in the act of butchering little girls - there shouldn't have been a court case, he should've been immediately lined up against a wall and killed.

I'm not surprised. Guys with sentences that long know that they'll be spending the rest of their lives in a max penitentiary and things that would have been previously unthinkable (e.g. having sex with males) becomes thinkable. They've got nothing to lose.

By all accounts he’s living it up in there. He’s practicing his faith and even has a job within that faith, not to mention being on an open wing and having items that could be used to harm him such as a kettle - odd, as usually child abusers - never mind the most high profile child murderer in Britain - usually get a hard time in prison.

I’m not making an argument one way or another. Just providing an Answer to a couple questions

Well the question was why this scumbag was being kept alive, and you claim it's because innocent people have been killed in the past, which is no reason at all considering there is zero doubt about this guy's guilt.

So let me ask again, is there ANY good reason whatsoever to keep this shitstain alive with taxpayer dollars so he can keep attacking prison guards?

That depends who you ask. I presented the ideas of argument you will hear against capital punishment. Not my personal stance, but what folks who are against the death penalty would argue.

Personally I don’t have a dog in the fight- there’s not really any difference between life in prison and a death sentence in my eyes. Both are expensive, and the person doesn’t have much of a life either way.

I think the question with him is that with him not being from a Muslim family, did he become Muslim and then get radicalised or was he a piece of shit who wanted to kill people but wanted something he could attach it to so he felt it was justified?

Yeah, just reading a few articles about him show that he was clearly just a low-IQ, possibly autistic, mentally disturbed kid who became obsessed with killings and gore from the age of about 11. There's hundreds of cases like this.

His race and cultural background seem to have zero to do with the crime.

Of course that's impossible for these fanatical racists. According to them, when nonwhites commit crimes, their nonwhiteness is always a determining factor.

Because we don't have the death penalty and there's no significant public will to have the death penalty.

It is what it is.

In his case stick him in solitary which is worse than death. I don't mind contributing some of my tax to making that cunt suffer.

Yeah, sometimes it's Muslim fanatics, sometimes it's just psychopaths who happen to be Muslims.

He would probably welcome the death penalty under the belief it would take him to his his reward of 72 little girls.

The real punishment would be putting him in solitary confinement, as he's clearly well looked after on the open wing.

He downloaded and studied al Qaeda terror attack manuals. Retard.

Right, because he wanted to commit a massive attack.

There's tons of examples of the path that actual, ideologically radicalized Muslims take. They start hanging out at the local mosque, they start talking to the more radical clerics, they start reading the Quran more and more, they join online extremist communities, they start speaking about all this to their family/friends, they often take trips to Muslim countries, etc.

This guy did none of these things.

He took the well-worn path of psychotic young kids of any race.

LOL @ someone with "great replacement belt" written under his avatar expecting people to take him seriously when he accuses them of racism.

Fuck off.

Haha.

Downloads al Qaeda terror attack manuals. Definitely not a terrorist.

He is quite literally the most high profile child killer in the UK, yet is not only freely swanning about an open wing but has a cell filled with items - such as a kettle - that could be used to hurt him. He must be well protected by other inmates.

His background had nothing to do with it?

Despite the fact he was 'utterly obsessed' with the Rwandan genocide and more than two gave evidence stating he repeatedly spoke about inflicting such a genocide on Britain.

I don’t see why an execution would be expensive, you can literally perform it using just a rope, which can be used over and over again.

There's a piece of shit who got a life sentence for torturing his own daughter to death. Normally, shitbags like that can expect to be attacked by other inmates, and the scumbag did have his throat cut by another con. But since then, a gang of Muslims in the same prison have declared they will protect their, "brother Muslim" and retaliate against anyone who attacks him.

Never mind he tortured his own child to a slow, painful death. The fact he shares their religion is more important.

His family is Rwandan so he was fascinated by the Rwandan genocide, yes. But his Rwandan-ness didn't cause him to be disturbed, you are capable of understanding that, right?

If he was a disturbed, psychotic white kid obsessed with killing he might have fantasized about the Holocaust, or the Breivik killings, or whatever massacre is closer to him culturally.

But it's the psychosis that's responsible for the behavior, not the culture, race, or immigrant status.
