390-0+1 rep....so I tell the gym attendant exactly how I want him to help me unrack the bar and help me get the bar over my chest and then let go of the bar....so the guy proceeds to stand there...then I tell him to help me unrack...he lifts straight up and just slightly like 20 lb...I told him I needed more help and to help me get it over my chest....so he proceeds to unrack it and keep his hands on the bar the entire time even after I told him to let it go....I just got so frustrated that I just lowered it and then said 'help' and went for a walk.....whatever

390-1+0 rep...about a 7-8/10...two weeks in a row i get shitty spots and then just do the weight on my own..from now on if I cant get a good unrack i'll just ask someone to stand back and help only if I ask
315-7+1 reps...lost it about 2/3 of the way up

The weight definitely felt lighter today however I kept unracking the bar unevenly and had to correct each time. I need to work on my form.

-My endurance is so pathetic it's beyond words. I definitely need to work on it.
