So this is heavyweight Jon Jones

Not specifically for heavyweight. There's a National Physique Committee placard behind him, so I would guess he made a foray into bodybuilding.

No he doesn't. he waves his hands in peoples faces to enter and exit. Francis will crack his chin and Cyril is his worst nightmare. He probably beats Stipe just by kicks and being longer, but getting bigger was not the right call in a striking heavy HW division. Cardio was Jones best weapon and it will drop off as per the OSP fight.
Threw one in of Rampage also. Jon Jones bulking up wasn't the way to go.

Ur a blind hater who cant see the skill infront of you because Jones beat your favorite fighter most likely..

Nor did any of Reyes shots hurt or rock jones...he dropped him with a body shot as jones was off balance from a kick...great timing...but jones popped right back up and kept fighting

Bcuz his last couple of fights have been disappointing. He doesn't seem to be like he was before his PED suspension...It's bcuz of this people are writing him off. If it was the Jones who finished DC (aka PED Jones), than it would be a different story. But that Jones wasn't the Jones we saw the last couple of fights.

If Jones is having great trouble with the likes of Santos and Reyes, imagine what Francis or Gane will do to him? If Santos can nearly cripple Jones with leg kicks, what will Gane do? If Reyes's punches can push Jones to the floor, imagine what Francis's punches will do.

The last time Jones Bulked was against OSP and while he won, the extra mass didn't really help.

IMO Jones would be perfect for a 225lb weight division.

For all we know the cut to 205 could be too draining for Jones now or clean(cleaner) jones...but even in those close fights say for a few rounds against reyes he really wasnt in any trouble or struggling...he just wasn't as dominant as he had been in the past. ..moral victories really for his opponents but in reality they werent close to beating him...

205 jones and HW jones will be 2 different things solely because he decided to move up the right way and didnt just eat himself into the HW division hes Slowly building his frame...so to not lose what he had before and add more power and strength then ever before...

Jones fights with a very high fight IQ...that translates well at any weight

Ive never trained so im talking out my ass but damn that kick is slow , can clearly see the wind up and looks a little off balance throwing it too . Its like when i try to throw a kick home alone when no ones watching <45>.

We're heard this story before, abut a LHW who's going to move up and be too fast/much for the plodding heavies, and it never really pans out. Jones did not look great against Reyes or Santos and now he's going to take 2 years off and come back to fight Francis or Gane? I don't think so.

Unfortunately the dumb argument of power is the single absolute equalizer that is shared among all the elite Heavyweights... it’s almost a prerequisite to be a top 5 guy, this doesn’t necessarily have to translate to shut down KO power like Ngannou, Rumble or Lewis... Jones didn’t have it @205, actually he doesn’t even have Diaz like volume punching power, the likelihood of him all of a sudden gaining KO power when he moves up is slim. I’d say that he’s going to have the opportunity to use his superior fight IQ to decision at HW, but refer to dumb power argument, we don’t know if Jones chin will be up to the task of eating bombs at HW. Additionally, he won’t enjoy the night and reach advantage that he had at LHW, so he will get connected on more often...

Your a good poster, come on bro.. unless he can completely bypass USADA, face the facts Jones will get KTFO at HW...

I'm aware that Jones is a PED cheat. I've fought that fight for years on these forums.

A. It was irrelevant to what we were discussing, as is speculation that he is ducking any other fighter.
B. I mean really, what is this about: "How does that at some point just not make it into your post?" Are you trolling me? I'm not outraged that you are outraged, but I find it outrageous that you are outraged by my apparent failure to share your outrage.

Fighters don't magically get their prime back by changing weight classes. His age is irrelevant. Look how long he's been fighting. He's ancient in fight years.

Ngannou hasn’t shown he can fight worth a damn beyond round 2, he doesn’t appear to be particularly talented at any part of MMA although he’s very large and muscular, and he’s been lazily outpointed by Lewis and manhandled by Stipe in the cage. Somehow a guy who’s younger, more well rounded and more experienced than him doesn’t stand a chance.
UFC fans are garbage.
