smith machine and lifting

ive read them all and more, but basically its the big three and adding sum more lifts as i go
 
there you go! done. Lifting aint that complicated.
 
since school has started my routine has revolved around bench squats and deads.. i have put 20 pounds on each of the lifts and gained about 5 pounds of muscle. im not big and fat either.. im a hardgainer
