I know he's far from a full blown dad bod, but he's on his way. Maybe it's that he's so skinny now that the big muscles are sticking way out while the rest looks more typical. He just has that aged look overall. It's a pretty common thing for older once buff dudes to lose that overall look & start dwindling down like he is.

He's got great amount of muscle to help him age more gracefully. His guns will serve him well no matter how they look as he ages.

Beer bellies are a staple of dad bods. It looks like his abs are probably shredded under his shirt just based off of his bicep vein. He’s not on his way at all. Way too low a body fat percentage. He just looks lean that’s it. Cormier has a dad bod do you really believe their physiques are comparable?

IIRC - Reem said all proteins will be sourced without meat involved. Switching his food intake to an alkaline diet to avoid parasites, one of his primary health concerns for longevity.

It doesn't take long for that high intensity muscle to go away once you relax or nix those high level workouts.

Dad Bod... catches up to all of us who make it that far, and he still looks better than 95% of folks his age.

How can you even begin to call that a dad bod? I feel like this term has gone from its original soft, no definition, slight excess body fat origin to now people use it when a guy don’t look absolutely shredded out of their minds.
