Signs it might be time to retire from MMA

It's 2020 and there's nothing wrong with admitting to mental health problems.

Getting them from head trauma from fighting is worrying, though.
I wonder if its the same type of mental issues like Matt Hughes suffered from the train wreck.

bump to update the OP. Spicely needs to retire ASAP.

Poor guy! Wish him all the best

Why do I keep finding out random people have beaten Santos! 2 in 2 days now or some shit.

Losing to cm punk would be a good sign too.

Elaborate please .
Because from what I understand about CTE repeated blows to the head aren't exactly very helpful.
BTW you know you have to be dead to test for CTE properly right?
if you don't understand how getting your brain liquefied can make it hard to control your emotions then i don't know what to tell you

Im guessing no one would want to mess with him after that statement.

I do understand that which is why I was implying fighting probably isn't something he should continue.

it's like when cain said he had to start doing drugs because his back was hurting him so bad he literally couldn't stand for more than five minutes
or when mark hunt did that interview saying he can't remember shit and got mad when UFC pulled him from a card
or when GSP said he sees aliens following him when he drives and lost his memory

shogun needs to keep fighting tho. he is so close to that jones rematch

This guy only won a few fights in ufc

When sherdoggers say you're overrated and should retire, you should retire.
