0700- Squadron pt. Bodyweight stuff at various stations for 2 rounds, then run/walk on the track. Bodyweight was push ups, squats, sit ups,planks, etc.

1500- Stumbled upon jiu jitsu open mat.

May start attending these classes, which are three times a week. Will re-evaluate lifting goals if jiu jitsu and lifting start to interfere.
 
Nothing. Starting tom,pt on own is on Tues morn and Fri afternoon. I'm going to lift tomorrow and then jiu jitsu in the afternoon. Let's see how I feel.

1845- 75 min of jiu jitsu.
 
1840- 80 minutes of jiu jitsu. Most of it was free rolling. Got my ass handed to me, but it was fun. Can't wait for next class on Tuesday. Will probably lift tomorrow morning.
