Um, hello. I'm here with my new training log. Background: I'm in the Air Force and I do computer stuff. With me having taken my pt test last week, I thought it is time that I finally start a dedicated weightlifting program, and I chose Stronglifts. This is my first time following a dedicated program, before I just did whatever with no coherent organization. Weight:140 lb. Height: 66 inches, so 5 feet and 6 inches. Goals: Build some muscle. I just want to take Stronglifts as far as I can, and then I'll see where I go next. UPDATE 1: Post number 44. Shifted to more cardio based workout.
