The Palis High Reps, low weight lifehack.

20x20x20x20x20 scheme

High reps = extreme muscle endurance that will allow you to push through workouts harder and stronger. Every week you do the same routine but increase the weight by 1.5kg and you will constantly gain strength/endurance

Day 1: Chest/Tris
Dumbell press 20x5
Dumbell flys 20x5
Incline Dumbell press 20x5
Incline Dumbell flys 20x5
Dips 20x5
Skullcrushers 20x5
Tri Pushdowns 20x5

Day 2: Bis/Back
Any variation of curls 20x5
Any variation of curls 20x5
Any variation of curls 20x5
Concentration curls ending it 20x5
Facepulls 20x5
Upright rows 20x5
Barbell shrugs 20x5
Bent over barbell rows 20x5
Wide grip lat pulldown 20x5

Day 3: Shoulders
Barbell Shoulder press 20x5
Dumbbells Shoulder press 20x5

Restart, add 1.5kg, you will be beasting in 1-2months tops, imagine a year from now at the 1.5kg rate with these rep ranges/workouts. You're welcome in advance.

This workout scheme is not an advanced one, it is a tremendous building block routine that will completely get you in shape, strong, ripped. It stresses your CNS like no other workout alive thus boosting testosterone and for the ladies estrogen. If I wasn't already successful I would package this shit up, market it and put a pretty bow on top because if this shit hit peoples TVs I would actually put people out of business (P90x, Insanity, DDP Yoga etc) and that is something I do not need to do, nor have to do. So I am only exclusively extending my friendly hand out to you Sher-doge-ers and passing this wisdom on to you!

As for leg day... Deadlifts are for leg day. My current workout on backday involves 3x5 Deads going heavy as fuck and the beauty of it is not only will your back look like a fucking Gorilla's, but your legs and ass as well. If you want more leg day shit go walk with your Grandma or do shit like this:

  • Born and raised American
  • Irish/German/Italian heritage
  • Black from the waist down
  • Played a variety of sports all life
  • Hapkido blue belt, Kickboxing background--aka shins of steel
  • Sheriff academy hand 2 hand training, able to disarm armed individuals--can withstand pepperspray/tazer attempts on my life
  • Have had to disarm many individuals and physically subdue them. Not many men in the world actually have to get physical with other dangerous men on the daily, especially with them possibly being on drugs
