News Sedrique Dumbass Arrested Yet Again

So this is gonna be his 5th or 6th mugshot you can find on an image search now? The only disappointing thing about this is that he might not be around in the UFC to get laid out cold. I was hoping the ref would let his last fight go long enough for Michal to send him unconscious.

"Shit, if they think I'm a thug then imma act like a thug" would be some people's excuse.

The article states he’s been arrested at least 12 times in Escambia County alone. Dudes trying to put up Krazy Horse numbers.

I'm normally not one for throwing the book and thinking people can't reform, but at what point do you stop letting guys like him out without some serious time to deter future crimes?

First thought was he was high on some sort of drugs and then read an article and he's charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor drug equipment possession. Yeah, sounds about right.

Is a home invasion conviction automatic jail time?
It's a first degree felony in Florida. Could face a term no longer than 30 years or anything that would be considered life for a defendant (but that high of a number would probably only be for a prison releasee reoffender, cuz Florida is very tough on that) and could also face up to $10k in fines (not including anything in restitution for the robbery).

I don't remember his criminal history, but if he's been convicted of 2 or more felonies in the past, or if he's been convicted of 1 felony in the past 5 years, or if he was under any kind of supervision for a prior felony, or if he's been convicted of a violent felony from a specific list Florida uses, then they can give him an enhancing classification ("habitual", "three-time", "career", and any of those can be further enhanced with "violent"), which can range to a minimum mandatory of 30 years, or up to life.

Repeat offenders deserve harsh punishments. Who the fuck cares if life in prison is "inhumane?" It's not a fucking hotel, if you're such a POS that you're repeatedly committing violent crimes you deserve inhuman conditions in a shithole for the rest of your life.

Dude realized he couldn't cut it in MMA and tried to fuck with people, what a god damn moron. He's fucked, he's gonna do jail time. This is his what, 15th time he's been arrested?

Understood, a home invader or car jacker deserves serious jail time, with no plea bargains.
And if they do it more than twice, straight to the chair with no appeals.
