Seated cable row vs bent over row

Whats your point Bacon? Everyone should just going around and be rude because most people are doing it already?

Nope. I'm saying people are people, online or otherwise. and that sometimes people suck. Bitching about it solves nothing and only degrades the forum further.

It's just that you S&P guys/gals come on so hard. To be honest if someone makes it to this forum to ask a question about strength they already have more potential than most people you see in the gym working the chrome machines.

Not necessarily, and this thread proves it. A lot of people come to S&P and ask stuff about aesthetics, machines, etc, questions which are verbotten if they'd look at the stickies (and the same goes with the stand-up and grappling forums). They just want somebody to stroke their ego and tell 'em that they figured out something groundbreaking when they've got all of 2 weeks of training and watching 3 UFC events. The flaming weeds out the ones who can take it and are willing to learn. Like I said, we all did stupid stuff when we first came here. The reason we stuck around was because we learned from our mistakes.

I know, I ment to add that the TS ended up being a moran as well in one of my other posts.

I guess my point was that the regulars of this board are better than this, no need to tear people down, just keep spreading the gospel! :)

I wish this were true, but it's not. Many people post here looking for validation that what theyr'e doing is right on, and when they don't get that and instead get constructive criticism, they flip out. Others come here and ask the same 3 questions that have been asked and answered hundreds of times, and which appear in the FAQ, which they clearly chose not to read. Others come just to troll.

This guy came here with a question, and it was answered. He then refused to listen to the advice he requested, and became a douche when everyone didn't immediately agree with him, so he got flamed. Hopefully he makes good on his threat to never come back, because that's one less asshole to clog up the board and take space away from the serious, informed, and dedicated posters who make this place awesome.

Quit saying the stuff I say right before I say it! And definitely don't say it more succinctly and eloquently!

You got me Standard....more cable rows is in my future....

Yes people use anonymity to be more rude online....so what? words only hurt if you allow them....esp from strangers who cant really say anything personal enough to really get to you to begin with....

Problem with TS was that he refused to listen to what was told to him and instead focused on posts that were more argumentative or insulting in their nature and started a pissing war....that's pretty stupid if you come to a board where you're an unknown and make some kind of out of the blue claim that's especially not grounded in any kind of scientific proof or practical observation...

To be fair, I can see how a person who hasn't been properly instructed in the armbar from mount could come up with the TS's theory...

I am definitely not much less of a dick in real life. Ask Sconse.

Breezer you should be advocating placing the feet on a bench, laying on the back, and then pulling your chest to a horizontal bar. Not embarrassing Oz like the NRL.

It all boils down to the fact that I couldnt give a flying fuck if Ive 'upset' some random anonymous dude on the Internet.

You make retarded posts, youre gonna get retarded lulzy answers. Simple as that.

If I paid attention to the "lulzy" regulars I certainly wouldn't be here.

Thankfully the forums have a handful of guys like yourself to make it worth sticking around.

I'm going to the library to start an alt account with the screen name "lulzy regular" -- I probably shouldn't have announced that, eh?

Haha. I read through your post thinking, "He said the same thing I did but took more words to do it."

Lol. Gotcha. I thought you meant that I did it right before his post somewhere else, too.
